The Ajax LightCore (1-gang) is a smart relay designed to replace a standard single-gang wall switch to enable smart lighting control (up to 600 W) within the Ajax security system. It is notable for its no-neutral-wire installation, making it compatible with existing European-style electrical wiring. The LightCore pairs wirelessly with the Ajax Hub using the secure Jeweller protocol, providing remote control via the Ajax app, automation scenarios (e.g., scheduled lighting, lights on during an alarm), and built-in current and temperature protection. It works in conjunction with the separate SoloButton touch panel for local, contactless control.
