Ajax GlassProtect Fibra black is a wired indoor glass break detector designed for the Ajax security system. It uses a sensitive microphone and the proprietary DualTone digital algorithm to detect the distinct low and high-frequency sounds of shattering glass, helping to minimize false alarms from noise like traffic or barking dogs. It operates using Ajax's secure Fibra wired communication protocol, which allows for a communication distance of up to 2,000 meters via a twisted-pair cable and features two-way communication and advanced anti-sabotage protection. The detector has a 9-meter detection range and a 180° horizontal detection angle. It is designed for professional installation with Ajax's Hub Hybrid (2G) or Hub Hybrid (4G) control panels.
